Melissa is the director and choreographer behind the Rogue Dolls. Having established herself as an industry professional as a dancer, model and talent co-ordinator for the last decade, she brings a wealth of personal and business experience to the group.

Melissa, a former school teacher, has owned her own dance/promotions business in Sydney and then Canberra since 2000. Melissa had distinctive roles as choreographer, performer and co-ordinator for multitudes of large corporate events, caberate shows, over-seas troupes, night club dance events, sporting events, and the Parramatta NRL and Parra Power soccer cheer squad contracts to name a few.

She then produced a very successful troupe of 6 dancers deriving from her main squad of over 30 dancers, called "Adrenalin Models", who performed their own floor shows Australia wide.

Melissa performed over-seas numerous times, including Hong Kong as part of the show backing the Rolling Stones, co-ordinating a cheer squad of 16 for a basketball tournament in China, and Las Vegas where she lived, performed and choreographed in a tribute show for 9 months in 2006. During this time she also co-produced many aspects of the show.

Melissa has also been an avid talent scout over the last decade, running more than 40 model/dancer events, many of them produced by herself, all with extensive associated promotional concepts.

Melissa has produced swim suit calendars, and many editorial concepts, along with her creative skills as a makeup artist and stylist.

Melissa has designed the majority of the costumes from the Rogue Dolls enormous costume wardrobe, covering almost any theme, many made in Las Vegas.

She has owned a fashion boutique, dance studio and her own swim wear label, which she will re-launch in 2011.

Melissa is a highly skilled and creative entrepreneur, who has put together the Rogue Dolls for the specific niche in Australian entertainment, as THE number one elite, glamorous commercial dance troupe, with major world wide aspirations!
